In relation to article. 13 of the Privacy Code

Purpose
The Alessio Sundas Corporation is actively involved in the protection and treatment of all private information received by clients. We encourage our clients to cautiously review all present information before conformation of any business transactions or services rendered.

Finalizations
The processing of all personal information serves to
- to secure services rendered under contract;
- to follow all laws and regulations;
- to protect the legal rights of the Alessio Sundas Corporation;
- to send informative material both technical, administrative and commercial.

Means of handling
All private information will be memorized and held in our database all in code to the Technical Diciplinalry laws of security and in accord with Attachment B of the Privacy Code.

Obligatory Nature
All required personal information is necessary.

In the case of refusal to correspond
In the case of missing material, in that which is provided, all services will be withheld.

Rights of inquiry
In relation to the handeling of all private information, one inquiring is permitted by article 7. (Right to inquiry of private information) of the Privacy Code:

1. Those inquiring have the right to obtain confermation of personal information belonging to unregistered individuals.

2. Those inquiring have the right to obtain indication of:

a) source of information;
b) finalizations means of handling;
c) reason and intention in the case of electronical utilization;
d) of all identification of acting administration or representation in accord with article 5, section 2;
e) subjects or relevant categories of informations that may be communicated or promoted via representation within the territory of the State.

3. Those inquiring have the right to obtain:

a) change or modification, naturally when our client sees fit, to the use or application of personal information;
b) Change or transformation, in the form of blocks and or cancellation, of any utilized information which violated laws or regulations;
c) the conformation that the operation of all details expressed in articles a) and b) have been understood and accepted all conditions pertaining to which.

4. Those inquiring have the right of both partial and total opposal:

a) for legitimate reasons to the treatment of personal information in that which is presented;
b) to the handeling of personal information containing material targeted for direct vending, advertising or any other commercial propaganda.


Technologies
Alessio Sundas Corporation utilizes the technology of IP tracing to control the visits made to the website. All visitors web addresses are collected and recorded for operation management within the database and to prevent intrusion and abuse to the service.
