Purpose
The Alessio Sundas Corporation is actively involved in the protection and treatment of all private information received by clients. We encourage our clients to cautiously review all present information before conformation of any business transactions or services rendered.

Finalizations
The processing of all personal information serves to
- to secure services rendered under contract;
- to follow all laws and regulations;
- to protect the legal rights of the Alessio Sundas Corporation;
- to send informative material both technical, administrative and commercial.

Means of handling
All private information will be memorized and held in our database all in code to the Technical Diciplinalry laws of security and in accord with Attachment B of the Privacy Code.

Obligatory Nature
All required personal information is necessary.

In the case of missing material, in that which is provided, all services will be withheld.

Rights of inquiry
In relation to the handeling of all private information, one inquiring is permitted by article 7. (Right to inquiry of private information) of the Privacy Code:

2. Those inquiring have the right to obtain indication of:

c) reason and intention in the case of electronical utilization;

With its the customer contracts with Alessio Sundas a clear commitment to pay 300 euro including IVA as well as issuing the publication of the photos on the portal and the processing of personal details. With this I give the exclusive right to the dissemination and exploitation of their image to "Alessio Sundas Model Management" as his Agent confidence.


Consequently the exclusivist will be entitled to represent third parties in the field of fashion and entertainment, to provide the casting and audition, which is committed to intervene, to have photos unconditionally, disclosure in the interest of the model’s image, all obviously respecting the common sense of decency and respect for the modesty.


Model also agrees not to undertake any contacts with similar bodies, without the intermediation of the same "Alessio Sundas management" with which this relies, if, however, the model performs work in the field of fashion and entertainment for others outside the agency: a penalty to be paid by the "Alessio Sundas" is the 50 % of what was agreed on a civil, resulting from the termination of this contract.


For these services I will pay the Agent Alessio Sundas a commission of 30 % of what I’m going to receive in the field of fashion / advertising / entertainment for a period of years 5(five) from the date of today.


Acceptance of specific clauses:
- exclusive representation of the image;
- penalty for not exclusive;
- amount of commission
- term of contract

Terms:

  1. obligation to pay even if no presence, having prepared the Agent required for implementation. Publication photos on the portal www.alessiosundasmodel.com annual cost of 300 euro

  2. Both parties do not assume any obligation in order facilitating or promises, verbal or written, foreign to this writing and as such must be considered ineffective

  3. Both parties contribute to elect competent jurisdiction for any dispute in accordance with articles 28 and 29 CPC hole of city of Florence

  4. In case of minor children is the responsibility of the owner online internet IP address

  5. Authorize Alessio Sundas and associates to send text messages, mail, letters for prompt payment failure to pay the invoice will lead to suspensions of membership and charged 150 euro plus IVA for removal of the photos in the web portal, plus the cost of membership is 300 euro.
